Hai Ha JSC. has the following functions and duties nationwide:
- Repair of ships, boats, barges, canoes; installation and repair of petroleum pipes, tanks, and oil pipelines.
- Fabrication and installation of structures; provide anti-corrosion for projects in oil and gas and other fields; building oil and gas pipeline system; installation and dismantling of structure such as shutters, scaffolding, and other company ancillary, etc.
- Consulting design and construction of offshore projects.
Hai Ha JSC. is a young, dynamic unit with a team of qualified engineers and well-training workers, always doing their best to meet the requirements of customers.
The company owns a workforce of more than 60 employees including 12 engineers, six technical supervisors, and nearly 50 well-training workers. They all graduated from prestigious universities, and technical colleges, training programs such as Economic, Skill build, Repair Ship, etc.

Hai Ha JSC precursor is a small private enterprise operating in the fields of building warehouse, factory; processed mechanical works; Setting; supply ship spare parts, drilling rig, advise construction design of offshore work, ... and lease machinery and equipment for many constructions, civil construction in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province as well as some other locations in the country.
